Bro, You look like!!!!

This summer was my second season of competing and I did  3 shows in a matter of 6 weeks. The one thing about doing shows is you come across lots of different people. Even leading up to the shows I released some pics on different forums, facebook and other websites. Like everyone out there I have my favorite bodybuilders I like or things I try to emulate. Whether it be in pose or just my natural genetic formation. Leading up to the Universe I had some people say I have a physique of a young Victor Martinez. I personally didn't believe it until I met IFBB Pro Darrem Charles and he told me the exact same thing. I laughed and but was shocked at the same time. Cause up until that point I wasn't sure if smoke was getting blown up my rear or if I had true similarities to the great Victor Martinez, so apparently I do! To top of the whole Victor campaign, the day after the Universe I was told by a few people at my photoshoot that I looked like him as well. So there goes one comparison!
The second comparison happened over this past weekend. I had the honor and pleasure of working with Muscular Development in the Press Pit and helping with media coverage for the Jacksonville Pro. Prior to the event Larry Brown and  I had to do a few in the room interviews. The first person was Tricky Jackson. We walk into the room, talk a little bit. Obviously the talk of competing and bodybuilding comes up. One thing leads to another and Tricky says you kind of remind me of Phil Heath! Phil is my favorite by the way! I understand this comparison just because the size of my arms and me and him are the same height.I said thanks and the conversation continued as we talked about other things. So once the show was over a group of us all went to Cheesecake Factory. But to cut right to the point, George Farah made the same comparison.  I don't know if my arms were extra big this weekend but I'll take all the compliments I can get.
I just wanted to give everyone a quick blog and a change of pace from the typical blogs leading up to a show that usually repeat precontest, precontest, precontest! These comparisons are nice but it doesn't do anything for me. It's a different form of motivation as I lead into the offseason. Right now I'm just excited to grow and make improvements in areas I know I need to address. Maybe one day people will say "Bro, you look like Lamar Byrd Jr" but it will be quite some time for that! One last note is that I have put in an order for TeamWolf shirts which are being made RIGHT NOW. If you would like a shirt or see what they look like contact me via e-mail, Facebook or Twitter. I already have several orders. Thanks for all the support and continue to support Team Wolf! This is the Big Bad Wolf, signing off....
